Full Concrete Preparation
Industrial diamond grinding, crack repair, and leveling (if needed) create a clean, properly profiled surface for maximum adhesion and long-term performance.

100% Solids Epoxy Base Coat
A thick 100% solids epoxy layer fully bonds to the concrete, forming a seamless, durable foundation for the coating system.

Full Vinyl Flake Broadcast
Vinyl flakes are broadcast to complete coverage, creating a uniform texture, enhanced durability, and a clean decorative finish.

Scrape & Polyaspartic Topcoat
Excess flakes are removed, the surface is smoothed, and a protective polyaspartic topcoat is applied for UV stability, chemical resistance, and lasting protection.
Installation Timeline
Typical installation: 2 days.
Day 1: Concrete preparation, 100% solids epoxy base coat, and full flake broadcast. The system cures overnight for proper bonding.
Day 2: Excess flakes are removed and a protective polyaspartic topcoat is applied.
Some one-day systems use a polyaspartic base coat only, resulting in a thinner layer and reduced durability. The epoxy + polyaspartic combination provides superior strength and long-term performance.
